Block selection
At the quarry. Our buyers inspect blocks before cutting — checking color, veining direction, and structural integrity. Hairline fractures, color-band misalignment, or compromised material doesn't become slabs we ship.
Every slab in our warehouse passes through five separate inspections before it ships. Most are caught long before they leave the quarry — but the ones that aren't, we send back. Quality is non-negotiable.

After slabs are cut from blocks. Each is photographed under controlled lighting and reviewed against the agreed specification. Slabs that don't match the block sample don't ship.
Before crating. Our partner quarries do a final inspection for cracks, chips, and finish defects. Slabs are crated with shock indicators, edge protectors, and silica desiccant.
On arrival in Cherry Hill. Every slab is uncrated and re-inspected under our showroom lighting. Damage in transit is documented and replaced; sub-grade material is rejected back to the supplier.
Before slabs leave our warehouse. Final inspection on the slab being delivered. Photographs are sent to the buyer for confirmation; damage liability stays with us until acceptance.
Our acceptance criteria are documented, shared with every supplier, and applied without exception.
Even small cracks compromise long-term integrity. Auto-reject at every stage.
Beyond the standard tolerance for natural stone. Repair-grade material doesn't qualify as wholesale-grade.
For multi-slab orders requiring continuity, we reject any slab outside the agreed colorway band.
Quartz with visible resin defects in the slab body — auto-reject.
Inconsistent gloss, swirl marks, or finish defects exceeding industry tolerance.
Beyond what can be cleanly cut around in fabrication. Damage in transit is documented and replaced.
